i. Please advise of any cancellations or rescheduling 48 hours prior to your appointment as the doctor runs by appointment only.
ii. Unfortunately, we may flag a 3rd cancellation in a row, so please ensure availability for consult. Consultation fee may be applicable.
iii. Ensure a two break before/after vaccinations for filler appointments.
iv. Ensure a two break before/after surgical or invasive dental work.
v. Treatment is prohibited for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
