The Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty only takes up to 30 minutes, with no downtime or recovery period required after the appointment. Results are seen immediately, however swelling tends to reduce showing optimal results at 1 week. Generally between 2-5 weeks, approx 50% of patients will experience obscuring of the results which is due to their strong skin elasticity. This is corrected at the 5 week follow up appointment.
Dermal filler typically lasts up to 2 years for indvidiauls. However, there are a great number of factors that contribute towards how long the product lasts in the body. Therefore, there is no absolute set literature about how long the product lasts in the body, only an average approximation of 1 to 2 years. New literature actually suggests that the product stays longer than we previously believed, which can be beneficial as the product stimulates collagen and fibrin and is good for the skin.
No downtime at all, most swelling is not obviously noticeable.
No, the product can’t migrate to the cheeks or other areas of the face. There is a small chance that the product can migrate small extremely small distances, slightly to the sides of the nose. Otherwise it’s important to note that our skin tissue and the layers beneath are filled with compartments rather than an open tunnel underneath ie it’s very hard for any product to travel long distances
Yes you can still go ahead with a surgical rhinoplasty after this treatment if you would like to do so. However, most patients are more than satisfied with their result that they do not want to continue through the surgical pathway.
HA fillers are dissolvable which means you can always reverse their effect if you ever change your mind.

Post any pain relief services, chemical cleaning agents (alcohol wipes/Chlorhexidine) are used to cleanse treatment areas to minimise infection risk. Dermal Filler injections are not impacted by this as they are inserted in different layers beneath the superficial skin layer.
It is hard to discern how each individual will react to Dermal Fillers as it is highly dependent on each Individual and factors such as their skin types, age, ethnicity. However, it is common for the appearance of some bruising, redness and swelling. Such effects usually resolve themselves after up to 2 weeks. Also taken into consideration, the swelling can provide an unrealistic enhanced effect that will dissolve into a more natural appearance. This also depends on the amount of Dermal Filler used
