UNDERSTANDING OUR WEBSITE

What we can share.
And why.

A clear explanation of why some treatment photos and prices aren’t shown on our website, and what you can discuss during a consultation.

Before-and-after
photos.

There is no blanket ban on all before-and-after photos. However, images that directly or indirectly promote prescription-only medicines can breach Australian advertising rules. The TGA explains that a photo showing an apparent result from a prescription-only cosmetic injectable is likely to be prohibited advertising.

For this reason, we don’t display before-and-after photos for those treatments here.

Where clinical images are permitted, Ahpra’s advertising requirements still apply: images must not be misleading or create unreasonable expectations. A photograph of someone else’s result cannot tell you what is suitable or achievable for you.

Read the TGA’s explanation of before-and-after photos and Ahpra’s advertising requirements.

Why some prices
aren’t listed.

Australian law generally prohibits advertising prescription-only medicines to the public. The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) explains that publishing a price linked to a prescription-only cosmetic injectable is likely to be advertising for that product. Limited pharmacy price-list exceptions generally do not apply to cosmetic clinics.

For this reason, we do not publish those prices on our website. We discuss individual options and their costs during a consultation with an appropriately qualified practitioner.

Clarity before
you decide.

A consultation gives you time to discuss your concerns, medical history and suitability. Your practitioner can explain the options, risks, limitations, alternatives and costs relevant to you.

Confirm the consultation fee when booking. Before deciding on any treatment, ask about the full proposed cost, any follow-up fees and what is included. Attending a consultation does not commit you to a procedure.

The prices
you can see.

We continue to show guide prices for other services where appropriate. The final cost may depend on the treatment area and the plan agreed after assessment.

If you are unsure which appointment to choose, our team can help with booking questions and consultation fees.
