Dr Michael Khela – Principal Doctor

Dr Michael Khela is the Principal Doctor at Flawless Aesthetics and leads the clinic’s medical team across our Parramatta and Chatswood clinics.

Dr Michael has a special interest in non-surgical rhinoplasty and has performed more than 5,000 non-surgical nose procedures throughout his career. His consultations centre on a thorough facial assessment, a clear explanation of suitable options and their limitations, and an honest discussion of risks and aftercare before any decision is made.

Dr Kenneth Heah – Aesthetic Doctor

Dr Kenneth (Ken) Heah is an Australian-registered doctor who trained in medicine at the University of Adelaide and began his career as an emergency doctor.

After relocating to Sydney, Dr Ken has practised cosmetic medicine alongside general practice, and has completed further training in cosmetic medicine through courses and conferences in Australia, Korea and Thailand. He takes a careful, medically grounded approach, making sure every patient understands their options before going ahead.

Qualifications & background

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) – University of Adelaide
• Background in emergency medicine and general practice
• Further cosmetic medicine training in Australia, Korea and Thailand

Meet the team

Esther Soliman – Registered Nurse

Esther is a registered nurse (Division 1) specialising in dermal and cosmetic nursing. She brings more than three years of clinical nursing experience and seven years in the beauty industry to her work at Flawless Aesthetics.

Esther works side by side with our Principal Doctor, Dr Michael Khela. She consults with patients on Dr Michael’s behalf, assessing their concerns and medical history and preparing their treatment plans with him, and she treats patients under his medical supervision and clinical protocols.

Through this close mentorship, Esther is continuing to advance her career in cosmetic injectables, building her skills and experience case by case under Dr Michael’s guidance, while keeping every patient fully informed about their options, risks and aftercare.
