All Services are provided subject to clinical assessment, suitability, and practitioner discretion.

Information provided on our website, social media platforms, by phone, email, or message is general in nature only and does not constitute medical advice. Personalised advice and treatment recommendations are provided only during an in-person consultation.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue Services at any time;
  • change treatment plans following consultation or medical assessment;
  • decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, safe, or aligned with realistic expectations.

3. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

To secure an appointment, we may require valid card details and/or a booking deposit.

Payment for Services is required in full, or in accordance with the payment terms communicated to you at the time of booking.

By booking an appointment, you authorise us to charge any applicable fees or deposits in accordance with these Terms and booking communications.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.

4. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES AND REFUNDS

Cancellations and reschedules are subject to our cancellation policy as communicated at the time of booking or published on our website.

In general:

  • a minimum notice period applies to cancellations and reschedules;
  • late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of deposits or a cancellation fee;
  • certain deposits or prepaid services may be non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with outcomes where those outcomes fall within the known variability and risks of cosmetic treatments, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Any promotional pricing, offers, or availability are subject to specific conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical information, including but not limited to:

  • medical conditions;
  • medications and supplements;
  • allergies;
  • previous cosmetic or medical treatments.

You acknowledge that failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of adverse outcomes.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected variability have been explained to you;
  • you have had the opportunity to ask questions; and
  • you provide informed consent to proceed.

7. RISKS, RESULTS AND NO GUARANTEE

All cosmetic and medical procedures involve inherent risks and individual variability.

Results differ between individuals and no guarantees are made regarding:

  • outcomes;
  • symmetry;
  • longevity of results; or
  • satisfaction.

No complimentary treatments, refunds, or adjustments are provided solely due to dissatisfaction with results, unless required by law.

8. PRODUCTS

Products sold by us must be used strictly in accordance with provided instructions and manufacturer guidelines.

Where products are manufactured by third parties, liability rests with the manufacturer to the extent permitted by law, without limiting your consumer rights.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND CLINICAL RECORDS

We may collect photographs or other records before, during, or after treatment for clinical documentation and continuity of care.

Any use of images or recordings for educational or promotional purposes will only occur with your separate, express consent. Refusal of such consent does not affect your eligibility for treatment.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Services and information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • our website will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • all content is free from inaccuracies; or
  • Services will meet specific expectations.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flawless Aesthetics Clinics and its practitioners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flawless Aesthetics Clinics and its personnel from any claims or losses arising from:
